Co-Founder

Although we lost Joyce in 2015 to cancer, her legacy with PAL will continue. Joyce was a mom and co-founder of PAL. She had an all too common story to tell about her son: Trying to help an addicted child who resists recovery. She had been educating herself about addiction and recovery for the past 15 years and was the most Senior PAL Facilitator. Joyce was a registered nurse with 23 years of experience working in a family practice setting in Scottsdale. A long-time member of Scottsdale Bible Church, she volunteered at The Neighborhood Christian Clinic in Phoenix. Joyce resided in Scottsdale and was blessed with two wonderful boys she was proud of, Eric and Jeremy.
